So, I’m sure you’ve heard the forever classic clichés about time management, right?
“You need to manage your time better”, “you need to practice time management”, blah, blah, blah, and so on…
Well the truth is that there is NO such thing; I repeat, there is NO such thing as time management.
There is such a thing as “Managing Yourself in Time”. It’s obvious that we all have 24 hours in a day. No matter whom you are or where you come from, we all have equal time in a day to meet the demands that our busy lives require, right?
We physically can’t do anything to change the time in a day. For this reason, time is one thing that will always work against you if you don’t manage yourself and your goals within “it”.
So why is it that 97% of people who claim to be so busy all the time don’t ever get anything done? This is because most people run around aimlessly and claim that they are multi-tasking when they are actually null-tasking, “not getting anything done at all”!
There is a video I posted on this same subject that you should check out here.
You see, when you try to produce something of quality, you must give it your undivided attention or the final product won’t be as valuable as you intended.
This is true in all aspects of life, this is how leaders are born, and this is when you start to understand how successful people got where they are today.
Notice I didn’t just say rich people, I said successful ones. Those who stepped out and did something that they have never done in order to achieve things that they never had achieved before.
These are the same people who decide to use every free hour to intentionally do something that was actively planned to contribute to the dreams and goals they were trying to achieve. And NOT spending that time on anything else, NOT spreading that time thinly between tasks.
Get out of your rut and make a change today if you’re tired of being in the same place, complaining about how you didn’t get that because of this, and how you can never do this because of them….stop with the excuses already!
Write your plan of attack today, hour by hour, on how you are going to start to become the person you’ve always desired to be by properly managing your actions within time.
Whether you want to lose 50 lbs, you want to make 20k a month in residual income, or even both, the choice is still yours, and if you’re reading this, then you still have time to make a habit of taking action and managing your goals properly within the time you are given in “each” day in order to achieve success.
This is one of the many ways that leaders are created.
Don’t let time mange you and know that you can’t manage time!
However, you can “Manage Yourself in Time”.
